QuakeCare is a program that gives you access to a full, in-house multi disciplinary team, tools, and expertise for a fraction of the cost. Use your hours to:

Build and implement tools and resources to embed equity into your company’s policies, products and services.

Light Touch is for organizations that already have a robust team. Light Touch gives you access to the QuakeLab team for ongoing consultation, Q&As and long term support. We will be here to help guide and validate your work, and help redirect when needed. This is a great option for companies who are already actioning a plan, but need a little bit more support and guidance on strategy and execution.
Light Touch includes:
5 one-hour consultation calls per month;
5 hours of work outside of meetings;
The creation of your unique Care Plan.
$5,500/ month
Q-Team is like having your own in-house team responsible for strategizing, problem solving, and moving big ideas forward. Working closely with you, our team will help you design a strategy, support any staff members of teams with execution, and help you monitor and measure your progress throughout.
Q -Team includes:
7 one-hour consultation calls per month;
10 hours of work outside of meetings;
The creation of your unique Care Plan.
$8,000/ month
QuakeCare Premium is ideal for larger teams (200+) that want to build a strong equity baseline and set their organization for success. Working closely with you, our team will help design a strategy to tackle new projects or big challenges, support senior-level staff with execution, and help monitor and measure progress throughout.
QuakeCare Premium includes:
10 one-hour consultation calls per month;
20 hours of work outside of meetings;
The creation of your unique Care Plan.

Your QuakeCare experience starts with a complimentary 30-minute consultation to discuss your organization’s specific needs and challenges. From there, a QuakeLab Strategist will be assigned to you to help co-create a year-long vision document that captures the goals and desired outcomes that we hope to accomplish together.

Yes! QuakeCare is a monthly retainer fee that gives you ongoing access to the QuakeLab team.
We are happy to accept monthly payments, however, if you decide to pay the agreement in one full payment, we can offer you a discount!

Yes and no! QuakeCare isn’t a substitute for the project-specific work we offer (like our Design Thinking for Inclusion process), but rather a support for your ongoing work. However, we are more than happy to have a conversation about other additional options that might be possible within the package you have selected.

No, but it’s helpful! An audit takes a full look at your organization’s workplace policies, procedures and culture, to help map out a strategic plan for our work together. Full workplace audits are not included in QuakeCare, however, if your organization hasn’t completed an audit yet, your QuakeCare journey will start with a comprehensive review of your existing strategy to identify what you already know (or don't know) and how we can best support you.

No. QuakeCare is not an alternative for crisis communications support. If a crisis should emerge while we’re already working together, we’re happy to support you in building a response plan that aligns with what you’re already doing and allows you to plan ahead.

No. QuakeLab does not facilitate one-off training. Credible research has shown that unconscious bias training can make stereotypes feel more significant because most biases are conscious – not unconscious*.
*People with long-established biases are highly likely to have their conscious biases reinforced by an anti-racism/bias training because these trainings often frame bigotry, racism, and discrimination as a commonly-held belief. It can also create and foster workplace cultures of moral licensing, where people feel that, because they’ve “been trained in anti-racism”, their actions are inherently good. These trainings can also lead to a reduction in upward mobility for marginalized groups.

We are open to creating custom training sessions (e.g. how to integrate equity into your product design, HR policies, hiring practices, etc.) for your team within the hours included in the QuakeCare package you’ve selected.
